1) Who we are and scope

2) Using the Site
- You must be 18+ and legally capable to enter contracts.
- Do not misuse the Site (e.g., introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape without permission).
- We may update, suspend or withdraw the Site without notice.
3) Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are not binding until confirmed in writing and a deposit is received.
- Details in your confirmation/invoice govern the booking (participants, dates, inclusions).
- Special requests (dietary, accessibility) must be disclosed during quotation; we will confirm feasibility in writing.
4) Prices, currency and accuracy
- Prices are based on the inclusions in your proposal and may be subject to variable items (e.g., taxes, park fees, fuel surcharges, exchange rates).
- We correct manifest errors promptly; if a material error affects your booking, you may cancel for a refund of sums paid or accept an adjusted price.
- Unless stated otherwise, quotes have a validity window; after expiry we may re‑price.
5) Payments and deposits
- Deposit and balance schedules are stated on your invoice. Failure to pay balances by the due date may result in cancellation and applicable fees.
- Payments must be made in the currency and method specified. You are responsible for bank charges and FX costs.
6) Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for all travelers (names as per passport, ages, dietary and medical considerations).
- Hold valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations/health certificates required by destinations or carriers.
- Comply with local laws and follow safety instructions provided by guides and suppliers.
- Obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation/curtailment and adventure activities as relevant.
7) Changes and cancellations by you
- Change requests will be accommodated where possible; additional costs may apply.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead traveler. Fees are set out in our Refund Policy and/or your invoice.
8) Changes and cancellations by us
- We may make minor changes to improve flow or respond to operational realities (e.g., timing adjustments).
- For significant changes or cancellations, we will offer alternatives of comparable standard or a refund of monies paid for the affected services, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
- Force Majeure (events beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, government actions) may require changes or cancellations. In such cases, credits or re‑booking options may apply.
9) Risk and conduct
- Some activities carry inherent risks. You agree to assess your suitability and follow guide instructions and briefings.
- We may decline service or remove a traveler whose behavior endangers others or materially disrupts the experience; unused services are non‑refundable in such cases.
10) Supplier terms
We work with independent suppliers (hotels, transport, activity providers). Their terms and conditions (including liability limits, check‑in rules and codes of conduct) may apply in addition to ours. Copies are available on request or at service delivery.
11) Liability
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
- We are not liable for: (a) events beyond our reasonable control; (b) acts/omissions of travelers or third parties not under our control; (c) indirect or consequential losses; (d) services not contracted through us.
- Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12) Intellectual property
Site content (text, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Aurora Trails and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works without permission.
13) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.
14) Complaints
If something is not as expected, inform your guide or our duty line promptly so we can assist. If unresolved, email [email protected] within 28 days of return, including booking details and evidence. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
15) Governing law
These Terms and any dispute or claim (non‑contractual included) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer statutory rights in your country of residence where applicable.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
